Say goodbye to stage fright! Our bands are meticulously built with age-appropriate mixes to make sure everyone feels like a rock star!


This unique setup fosters a supportive environment, where you can learn, grow, and jam with peers who share the same passion.

Strum, beat, or blow your way through a wide array of music styles! Our bands are the gateway to unlocking your musical potential. From rock bands that’ll get your feet tapping, to jazz ensembles that’ll send shivers down your spine – Aledo Music Academy offers it all!


Our band rehearsals are scheduled once a week for an immersive 60 minute session. This is your time to shine, refine, and align your musical talents. Plus, with numerous performance opportunities, you’ll be center stage in no time!

  • What instruments will musicians play?

    Drums

    Piano

    Guitar

    Bass

    Ukulele

  • Should we be practicing at home?

    For Band classes, we rotate through instruments and do not expect families to have a full band set up at home. If your musician has access to an instrument, they will always improve with leaps and bounds by practicing between classes. Most of the season, our band classes are designed to not always have a practice requirement.

  • When do I get to see my musician perform?

    Aledo Music Academy will provide at least 2 performance showcases each year, typically scheduled in the Spring and Fall and Holidays.  They are designed with themes to be fun-filled, family events that showcase students’ musical journey.  The goal is to support a desire to strive for excellence without creating a stressful experience.


    We reserve the last 5 minutes of each class to invite parents in to hear what your musician has been working on, which gives weekly “performance” opportunities to build confidence in playing or singing in front of even the harshest critic (because in our minds, we musicians tend to get most nervous playing for the people we live with - totally normal and not your fault, it’s just a thing that happens to the best of us).
